There’s a common misconception that exists for many new parents—sleeping training your child only ever means letting your baby “Cry It Out.”

In reality, sleep training methods exist on a wide spectrum from “Cry It Out” and “Wait It Out." That's part of the reason why there is no one definition of "sleeping training" nor a "one size fits all" approach to sleep.

With a custom sleep plan, it's possible to get out of your current state of sleep deprivation and start feeling more energized and so you're able to enjoy these early years of life…and do it all in a way that you feel comfortable with!

That's why I only offer custom sleep solutions designed to meet the unique needs of each child and family I work with. There truly is no "one size fits all" solution or a magic formula to get your baby to sleep. We'll figure it out together and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. 
I know just how painful sleep deprivation can be. I also know how difficult it can be to sort through the wealth of information on the web to find a solution that works AND feels good to implement.
