When you're parenting babies and toddlers, sleep can feel like a luxury. And yet, sleep is critical for our mental, emotional, and physical health. Maximizing the amount of sleep you're getting can feel like a complicated science experiment.

But there's good news: you don't have to figure it out on your own. If you're exhausted and ready to make a change but not sure where to start, we're here to help!

Getting More Sleep Can Feel Complicated

There’s a common misconception that exists for many new parents—sleeping training your child only ever means letting your baby “Cry It Out.”

In reality, sleep training methods exist on a wide spectrum from “Cry It Out” and “Wait It Out." That's part of the reason why there is no one definition of "sleeping training" nor a "one size fits all" approach to sleep.

With a custom sleep plan, it's possible to get out of your current state of sleep deprivation and start feeling more energized and so you're able to enjoy these early years of life…and do it all in a way that you feel comfortable with!

First-Time Dad

"[Our daughter] was not sleeping through the night but was sticking to a sleep schedule. With Richelle's help, we were able to transition our baby to a full night's sleep. Richelle was wonderful! She is a good listener, has excellent organizational skills, and communicates in a timely and thorough manner. In addition to her amazing consulting work, Richelle was a source of empathy and kindness."

"From the very beginning, Richelle was genuine, warm, incredibly caring and extremely knowledgeable. I was blown away by the level of support she provided, both in person and online. She consistently went above and beyond to answer our questions, and help us with the challenges we were facing. She taught us about newborn care, sleep, regressions, developmental phases, routines, feeding, postpartum mental health, and so much more. Richelle not only guided us but educated us, giving us the tools and the confidence to ultimately feel successful on our own.

What’s really unique about Richelle’s sleep training expertise is the depth of her knowledge and education. This allows her to troubleshoot situations and find solutions that work for you, rather than prescribing a one-size-fits-all sleep training method, so you never have to go down a path you’re not comfortable with. I would honestly recommend Richelle in a heartbeat to any parent looking for support. In fact, I would say it’s a necessity!"
