Because you deserve to feel confident, connected, and grounded in every chapter of your parenthood journey—
so you can enjoy it,
not just make it through.

I help parents like you reconnect with yourself while showing up as the kind of parent you want to be.

I help parents like you reconnect with yourself while showing up as the kind of parent you want to be.

Because you deserve to feel confident, connected, and grounded in every chapter of your parenthood journey—so you can enjoy it, not just make it through.

That’s where I come in.

When parenthood feels all-consuming, sometimes what you need most is someone to say, “I see you. I’ve been there. And I’m with you.”

Hi! I'm Richelle

You’re not alone if…
  • You love your little one, but miss your old life (and your pre-baby brain).
  •  You’ve been doing all the things—and still feel like you’re falling short.
  •  You want to enjoy this season more... but it’s just a lot.
  •  You’re tired of trying to “bounce back” when you’re still figuring out who you are now.
  •  You’ve read the books, followed the advice, done all the things—and still feel lost in it all.
  •  You keep wondering how everyone else seems to be doing it—while you’re barely keeping it together.

If you’re like most parents, you want to enjoy this season. But between the never-ending to-do list, the mental load, and the pressure to do it all “right,” it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

You might even be wondering: “How does everyone else do it?!”

And the endless (and often conflicting) advice? It only leaves you more confused—and maybe even more burnt out.

You’re not failing. You’re transforming.
And you don’t have to find your way through it on your own.

I’m here to walk alongside you while you find your way through the messy middle of transformation, to the new normal that feels right for you and your family.

In the exhaustion.
In the uncertainty.
When it all feels like too much.
You’re not alone.

In the exhaustion. In the uncertainty.
When it all feels like too much—you’re not alone.

In my first years of parenthood, I found myself wondering if I’d ever feel like me again.

Spoiler alert: I did—but not by going back. I had to grow into a new version of myself. One that honored who I used to be and made space for the person and parent I was becoming. It was a journey of personal growth I never saw coming—but one that changed everything.

It didn’t take long before my story became my mission. I was convinced there had to be a better way to prepare people for parenthood—and to support them through the early years, not just the early days.

Today, I offer something deeper than just advice: empathetic guidance, non-judgmental support, and trustworthy information—all grounded in your values and your real life.

Now, I help parents like you find your footing when everything around you is shifting—so you can reconnect with yourself, show up with confidence, and create a version of parenthood that actually feels good.

Because yes—it is possible to be a good parent without losing yourself.

Parent Coach, Birth Coach, and Mom x2

Parent Coach, Birth Coach, and Mom Who's Been There

Hi, I'm Richelle!

Parenthood is life-changing—but you don’t have to lose yourself in the process. Together, we’ll help you find your footing—and find your way back to you.
Today, I do things a little differently than I first did in 2020.

From Pregnant to Parent is grounded in everything I wish I had during my pregnancy and those first hard years after.

It blends compassionate coaching, practical tools, and the kind of support that honors your whole self—not just your role as a parent.

Because preparing for a baby isn’t just about nailing your registry.  And parenting isn’t just about routines and milestones.

Both are deeply personal, transformative experiences.

That’s why I center identity in everything I offer—whether you’re expecting your first child or deep in the weeds of parenthood.

I help you connect the dots between who you were, who you are, and what you want for yourself and your family, so you can feel more grounded, more confident, and more like yourself again.

And Now: A New Kind of Support

I had experimented with different offerings—childbirth classes, support groups, and coaching programs—but something still felt missing.

The conventional approach wasn’t cutting it.

Parents don’t just need more information. We need someone to hold space for our questions, our grief, and our growth.

We need real support that meets us where we're at—wherever we are on our parenthood journey.

Finding my footing as a person and parent came and went in waves in those early years. It wasn't until I had my second kiddo that I really got to the heart of my personal challenges: identity work.

A few years, a few therapists, and a few amazing coaches later, I was finally asking the big questions:
  • Who am I now?
  •  Who have I been told I'm supposed to be?
  •  And what kind of life do I want to build—for myself and for my family?

And slowly, I started to find myself again—not by going back, but by creating a new version of me. One that honored who I used to be and made space for who I was becoming.

That journey of self-discovery cracked me open in the best way. It didn’t take long before my personal transformation started to reshape my professional path.

I had already gathered multiple certifications and trainings in birth, postpartum care, newborn sleep, and perinatal mental health—but now, it was time to dig deeper into the identity shifts that come with parenthood.

Finding myself (again)

Pregnancy hit me hard, but the postpartum experience hit harder.  I didn’t just feel tired and overwhelmed. I felt lost.

My goals, my passions, even my basic needs faded into the background as I tried to navigate the chaos of new parenthood. It felt like the world around me had changed—but more than that, I had changed. And I didn’t know who I was anymore.

Everyone said parenthood would be life-changing. But no one prepared me for how easily you can lose sight of yourself in the process. For how much you might question who you are, what you want, or how you’re supposed to keep going when everything feels so unfamiliar.

By the time my firstborn was around nine months old, I hit a low point—one filled with anxiety, burnout, and the gnawing sense that I was supposed to be doing better than I was. I tried to power through with perfectionism and grit, but it wasn’t sustainable. I needed something different.
So I asked for help.

I started therapy. I found an incredible back-to-work coach. I devoured self-help and parenting books, parenting sites, and Instagram posts. I committed to an intensive, four-part certification for childbirth education, lactation education, birth doula support, and postpartum doula support—and spent months learning, expanding my understanding and skillset beyond my own experiences.

And then something powerful happened: My story became my mission.

From Pregnant to Parent was born just before the pandemic in 2020, from a deep desire to find a better way to support parents through this transformational journey.

Losing myself—and finding my mission

I never imagined I’d end up doing this kind of work.

In fact, my husband and I were perfectly content as dog parents—fully embracing wine-country weekends, leisurely dinners, and uninterrupted Netflix binges. Becoming a parent wasn’t part of the plan, and a career in birth or parenting support wasn’t even on my radar.

But life, as it tends to do, had other plans.

In 2018, I was in the midst of a major career pivot—from high-tech management consulting to fashion journalism, focused on exposing the impacts of fast fashion. I was chasing meaningful work, hoping to find purpose in a new way.

And then, while at a weekend retreat (ironically named Passion & Purpose), I found myself nauseated in the perfume aisle of Sephora, stomach churning at the thought of a pre-flight cocktail. The next morning, a positive pregnancy test sent me into a tailspin—one I wouldn’t fully recognize as an identity crisis for another few years.

It all started with a pregnancy test...

Trained, certified, and experienced in birth, babies, and parenthood.

Professionally trained. Parent-tested. Personally invested.

1. Every family is unique.
Your story, your needs, your values, your goals—they shape every step of your journey. And we know that learning styles, emotional support needs, and definitions of success vary, too. That’s why we offer personalized, flexible, and non-judgmental support that honors the individuality of every parent, every family, and every child.

2. There’s no one “right” way to give birth, raise babies, or grow a family.
The right decision is the one that’s best for your family—and we’re here to help you feel confident making it. Our role isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to equip you with options, evidence, and encouragement, so you don’t have to spend so much time wondering, “Why didn’t anyone tell me?

3. Knowledge is power—especially when it’s science-backed.
We believe in the power of equipping you with evidence-based information you can truly understand and use in real life. When you understand the data and your options—within your real-world context—it’s easier to weigh risks and benefits, advocate for yourself, and adapt when things inevitably shift. (Because let’s be honest…things are always shifting in parenthood.)

The principles that guide everything we do

Community: We weren’t meant to do this alone.
Parents need each other—especially when we’re struggling. That’s why we create safe, non-judgmental spaces where you can take the mask off, show up honestly, share openly, and feel a deep sense of belonging. You (and your vulnerability) are welcome here.

Growth: Change is hard—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
We believe becoming a parent is one of the biggest growth journeys there is, and leaning into that growth is essential for well-being—yours and your child's. We're here to support you through each phase of parenthood as you explore who you are, what you need, who you’re becoming, and who you want to be—growing alongside your child.

Learning: It’s not just about knowing the “right” thing—it’s about finding what’s right for you.
Parenthood is full of decisions. The internet is full of opinions. And it's impossible to get it "right" 100% of the time. We’re here to help you cut through the noise, understand your options, anticipate what might be coming next, and learn in a way that leaves you feeling informed—not overwhelmed. Because real learning isn’t just about gathering answers. It’s about feeling prepared for what’s ahead, making confident choices, and letting go of perfection along the way.

Empowerment: The magic that happens when confidence meets purpose and self-trust.
Our job isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to help you trust yourself. It's not just about helping you feel more confident in your role as a parent. It's about helping you trust your ability to navigate whatever lies ahead, with a growth mindset, a strong sense of self, and a deep connection to your values. Because you are the expert on your own life.

Enjoyment: You deserve to enjoy your life—not just get through it.
We’re not here to sugarcoat the hard stuff. But we are here to help you zoom out, see the bigger picture, and find more moments that feel meaningful, fulfilling, and yes—even joyful. Because while you won’t enjoy every minute, you do deserve to enjoy the journey.

“What truly distinguishes the From Pregnant to Parent program is the unwavering commitment to preparing parents for birth and the whirlwind that follows.

My sessions leading up to birth were not just informative, they were invaluable, equipping me with knowledge, strategies, and above all, a sense of calm amidst the anticipation of our first kid.

And the postpartum support group became a sanctuary during the chaos of the early months. Surrounded by fellow parents navigating similar waters, I found solace, understanding, and practical advice.

It's where my exhaustion met empathy, confusion met clarity, and overwhelming emotions found a safe space to be expressed. I cannot recommend this community enough! This isn't just a service but a lifeline for the transition from pregnancy to parenthood.”
