You’ve spent the last nine months or so preparing for birth and the reality that you’re going to be a parent, and then that moment finally comes. Your baby is here, you’ve recovered from birth, and your being sent home with a brand-new baby to take care. 



“They’re really going to let us just take this precious, fragile baby home? Are we really qualified to be parents?” Ready or not, you buckle your little one into the car and make that long drive home, cautiously driving over every little bump.

The experience I just described above is one I hear from so many first-time parents! 

Oftentimes, no matter how much you prepare, the reality of stepping into parenthood can bring a mixture of emotions—joy, excitement, love, anticipation, fear, anxiety, and overwhelm are just a few examples.

When your little one was born, a new parent was also born—you! 

As you make your way through the first few days, weeks, and months, you mind find yourself with more questions than you could have imagined as well as more answers, opinions, and advice than you know what to do with.

That’s where I come in! My goal is to help you reduce your stress, overwhelm, and confusion and replace it with confidence, understanding, and a game plan through 1:1 coaching sessions and postpartum care in the comfort of your own home!

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed navigating life with a newborn. You don’t have to figure it out on your own!

As a mom of a toddler with another on the way, I have been in your shoes. My own experience plus the wide variety of trainings and certifications I have taken allow me to support new parents like you through a number of concerns throughout your baby’s first year of life (and beyond).

As a mother myself, I am often able to empathize with the unique struggles that can accompany the journey into parenthood.
During our coaching sessions, we’ll discuss what’s working, what’s not, the questions you have, and the actions you can take to help you find more confidence and enjoyment as a parent in the comfort of a judgement-free space!

We’ll meet 1:1 via Zoom to talk through your experience, questions, and/or any challenges you’re currently facing. Sometimes you just need a space to vent, I get it! I’m here for that, but I’m also here to help you find the answers and solutions you’re looking for. The goal is to have you walking away from our call feeling a little bit lighter with a clear action to take forward with you.

Home Visit: In-Person Coaching

Looking for hands-on support and coaching? If you are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, you have the option to book me for an in-person home visit. Just like with a virtual coaching session, we’ll talk about your experience and any questions or concerns you have related to the topics listed above.

Part educator, assistant, nanny, and friend—a postpartum doula offers in-home educational, emotional, and physical support for the whole family to help ease your transition into life with the newest little member of your family!
